How to fix USB init failed RSPL\RSPL.cpp (723) on NAND Android installation?

1. Load Android Flasher mode.
2. Connect USB cable from PC to phone.
3. You should see MAGLDR with ‘Wait USB…USB’.
4. Go to control panel and then ActiveSync.
5. Uncheck allow USB connections.
6. Then execute DAF.
